The production process of Bubble Film generally includes the following steps
Raw material preparation: Use high pressure low density polyethylene (LDPE) as the main raw material, according to the performance requirements of the bubble film, may also add whitening agent, opening agent and other auxiliary materials. At the same time, according to the soft and hard requirements of the bubble film, different kinds of resin raw materials are selected, and the raw material particles are inhaled into the mixer, and mixed and stirred evenly according to a certain proportion.
Raw material melting: the mixed raw material is put into the extrusion molding machine, at a high temperature of about 230 degrees Celsius, the raw material particles are heated and melted into a mushy resin.
Film molding: the resin melted into a paste into the film molding blowing machine, through the extrusion of the resin expansion, and pull at the exit of the film at the same time to inject air into the cylindrical film, the injection of air can make the thickness of the film more uniform.
Making a double layer film: the cylindrical film is cut with a knife into two films, received on the drum, and then the two films are made into a double layer film with a pressure roll.
Bubble forming: The double layer film is softened by heating and then slowly wound on a vacuum forming roll with round holes. There are a number of small holes in the circular hole on the molding roll connected with the machine for pumping air, a film is sucked up by the circular hole into a vacuum bubble, and countless bubbles are formed on the film.
Cut and bundle: The made bubble film is cut according to the required size, and then rolled and bundled, which can be used as a finished product for packaging and other fields.
