Judging whether the moisture-proof performance of the Bubble Film is up to the standard can be started from the aspects of viewing product parameters, simple testing, and evaluating the actual application effect. The following are the specific methods:

View product parameters and certifications

Product specifications: Regular bubble film products usually indicate the relevant parameters of their moisture-proof performance, such as moisture permeability, on the package or product manual. The moisture permeability is an important index to measure the moisture resistance of the bubble film, and the lower the moisture permeability, the better the moisture resistance. Generally speaking, the moisture permeability of high-quality bubble film will be in a lower range, and it can be judged whether the standard is reached according to the specific use requirements and industry standards.

Related certification: Check whether the bubble film has passed the relevant quality certification and testing standards, such as ISO 9001 quality management system certification, moisture-proof performance related industry standards certification. Perform a simple test

Drip test: Drop a few drops of water on the surface of the bubble film and observe the state of the drops. Evaluate the effect of practical application

Simulate the transportation environment: After wrapping the item in Bubble Wrap, simulate the actual transportation and storage environment, such as placing it in a humid outdoor or high-humidity warehouse for a period of time, and then check the moisture condition of the item. If the item can remain dry in a simulated environment, it indicates that the moisture resistance of the bubble film in practical applications meets the standards.

Long-term observation: In the actual packaging and transportation process, long-term observation of the use of bubble wrap packaging items. If in the process of repeated use, the item has not been damaged by moisture, it indicates that the moisture resistance of the bubble film can meet the actual needs.
