Materially
New material bubble film: Made of new high pressure low density polyethylene (LDPE) and other raw materials, without doping old materials or waste. It has the characteristics of brightness, high transparency, no impurities, toughness, no odor, and so on. It has excellent performance in shockproof, compressive and tensile resistance, and can better protect items and is not easy to deflate.
Anti-Static Bubble Film: on the basis of Ordinary Bubble Film, anti-static agent and other special ingredients are added, and the surface resistance value is within a certain range, which can effectively prevent static electricity generation and accumulation. For electronic components, circuit boards and other electrostatic sensitive items, anti-static bubble film can provide reliable protection to avoid electrostatic damage to the product.
Aluminized bubble film: A layer of aluminum foil is plated on the surface of the bubble film, which in addition to the buffering performance of ordinary bubble film, also has good thermal insulation, moisture-proof and reflection performance. It can be used for the packaging of items requiring high heat insulation or moisture resistance, such as food, drugs, cosmetics, etc., and can also improve the beauty and grade of the packaging to a certain extent.
From the technical and structural point of view
Thickening the bubble film: By increasing the thickness of the bubble film to improve its strength and buffer performance. Generally speaking, the thicker the thickness, the stronger the pressure resistance and puncture resistance of the bubble film, the greater the impact force it can withstand, and the more suitable for packaging fragile, valuable and precise items.
Double layer or multi-layer composite bubble film: composed of two layers or multi-layer bubble film through thermal bonding or bonding and other processes, the middle bubble layer is independent of each other and supports each other, which can provide better buffering effect and stability. Under greater pressure, the multi-layer composite bubble film is not easy to break or deformation, and the protection of the item is more comprehensive.
Bubble film: The bubble diameter is larger, the buffer space and energy absorption capacity of a single bubble is stronger, and the shock-proof effect is usually better than that of small bubble film. Suitable for packaging large volume, heavy weight items, such as furniture, home appliances, machinery and equipment.
