Buffering performance
Large bubbles: usually the diameter of the bubble in 20-28mm, the buffer space of the bubble is larger, a single bubble can withstand and disperse greater impact, for large, heavy items, such as furniture, large electrical appliances, etc., Large Bubble Film can provide more effective shock protection, so that items in the transport process is less likely to be damaged by collision.
Small bubbles: bubbles are generally about 6mm in diameter, the buffer space is relatively small, but the number of small bubbles is relatively large and densely distributed, in the protection of small, precise, fragile items, such as electronic products, glass products, crafts, etc., can be more carefully fitted to the surface of the item, providing uniform buffer protection, to prevent the item from being subjected to subtle collision and scratching.
Durability
Large bubble: The structure is relatively stronger, under normal use, it is not easy to break due to slight extrusion and friction, and the service life is relatively long. But large bubbles may also burst if they are punctured by sharp objects or squeezed by too much external force.
Small bubbles: The structure is relatively weak, and it is more likely to break when impacted by external forces, especially in frequent friction or extrusion environments, and small bubbles may lose their buffering performance more quickly.
Applicable scenarios
Large bubble: suitable for high buffer requirements, large volume and heavy weight of the item, can give full play to its strong buffer effect, reduce the risk of damage to the item.
Small bubbles: more suitable for the appearance of high flatness requirements, small size and irregular shape of the item, can be tightly wrapped items, while providing a certain buffer, keep the packaging beautiful and clean.
Cost aspect
Large bubble: In general, because the large bubble film requires more materials to form a larger bubble structure, and the thickness and strength of the material are high, its production cost is relatively high.
Small bubbles: The manufacturing cost is relatively low, and the raw materials and energy required are relatively small.
